The table rotation is transmitted through a proprietary gearbox, providing high / low speed ranges. A forced circulated lubricatuon system is used for lubricating gears.

X/Z axes are transmitted through gear planetary reducers to increase torque, ensuring stability for heavy cutting conditions.

9.  Table bearings

Ample thrust ang radial bearing provide execellent loading capacity for workpiece and table and greater cutting force resistance.

Two speed gear box

  • The gearbox employs an oil cooler for lubrication and cooling, ensuring a constant temperature in the gearbox.

Milling spindle motor

  • The fanuc driven milling spindles is transmitted through a robust gear box, providing increased torque.
  • Max  high speed is 3000 rpm.

Ram head and BT-50 clamping system

Head type is square ram. It

  • provides maximum stability during heavy cutting.

Square ram is balance by

  • Hydraulic ram cylinder built in saddle. Hydraulic counter balance protect ram drop by magnetic brake equipment with Z-axis servo motor and pilot check valve at power failure.

CF Axis

Twin gear drive Backlash free & High rigidity

  • The c-axis is driven by servo motor combined with transmission through double worms for smooth rotation and minimized backlash.

Table drive gearbox

  • The table rotation is transmitted through a proprietary gearbox, providing high / low speed ranges. A forced circulated lubrication system is used for lubricating gears.

  • The C-axis equipped with a rotary encoder, enabling the positioning accuracy and repeatability to achieve superb standard.

Cross-Rail clamping auxiliary system
